USS Oriskany Sinking
This rusty old destroyer gets let out to sea and blown up. The idea is to create a man made reef of Florida. Of course it's full of toxins, but hey, it's the US govn't who cares right?

That's not a destroyer, it's an LPH and it's stripped of the so called toxins.
